Regal Emblem is an exceptional small galloway with true pony character, great refinement, elegance and outstanding conformation. He has a beautiful head with a lovely big eye, a huge length of rein, and a stunning, elevated and expressive movement. Regal Emblem oozes presence and pure quality.

His pedigree boasts some of the most successful bloodlines both in Australia and the UK. This multi-supreme Champion is out of Willowcroft Saphire by Urubula Regal Promise.

Saphire is a liver chestnut by Willowcroft Wizard from Weston Sequin. The trophy for Supreme Champion Riding Pony Exhibit at Sydney Royal is a replica of this exquisite mare, herself a multi-champion. Her many accolades include Champion Riding Pony at Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney Royal Shows in one season (1991/92)!

Willowcroft Wizard has a long history of Royal Show wins and Champions both led and ridden at Adelaide and Melbourne Royals. Perhaps his most prestigious award was Grand Champion Riding Pony Exhibit at Melbourne Royal as a two-year old in 1986. A very rewarding result as the judge was Mrs. Davina Whiteman from the UK, producer of eleven "Pony of the Years" and as a child was the jockey of the wonderful Pretty Polly.

Regal Emblem's show career started with Supreme Champion Exhibit as a foal. At the 1999 Adelaide Royal Show, he won Supreme Champion Riding Pony Exhibit and Champion Saddle Pony Exhibit. At the 2000 Adelaide Royal, he was Supreme in the Saddle Pony Ring and Champion in the Riding Pony Ring. Later that year, Emblem was awarded Supreme Youngstock Exhibit at the SA Riding Pony of the Year Show in November. In 2001, he won Supreme Champion Led Saddle Pony Exhibit at the Melbourne Summer Royal, was a finalist at the Nationals and won Reserve Champion Riding Pony Stallion at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

Emblem was campaigned again in 2003 and 2005. At the Riding Pony Nationals in 2003, Emblem was awarded Ridden Riding Pony Stallion of the Year after only eleven rides. In fact, when he went to Anthony Mountney's Training Stables at Kembla Grange, Anthony was unaware that Emblem had not been broken in. Anthony rang Willowcroft Stud after a week or so to say that Emblem's canter work was very green! Emblem had been ridden out around the race track with other horses all week as if he had been under-saddle for months. Soon after at Sydney Royal, Emblem won his Led as well as Ridden Riding Pony Stallion. He was also Champion Arabian Derivative Led and Reserve Champion Ridden. At the end of the week, after just a few more rides, he was awarded the prestigious Champion Ridden All Breeds under 14.2hh.
